Workshops for Indigenous Leaders and Communities

Indigenous communities, wherever they are located operate on the basis of relationship, tradition and culture.  Someone coming from the outside cannot know these elements of a particular community.  What Thynk can do is provide workshops that focus on leadership skills; communication, planning, decision making, leading, organizing, monitoring, while recognizing the community context that leadership is working within.

Although the workshop titles may align with the leadership workshops, they are adapted and modified for the context that Indigenous leadership is part of.

Indigenous Learning for Non-Indigenous

Non-Indigenous people often have not had access to the basic historical information as it relates to how the British and French colonized the land that is now called Canada. It is important that all people within Canada have that basic historical information, because without understanding the path to where we are today, it will be very difficult to find a path to reconciliation.
