Thynk Leadership Workshops

Thynk focuses on capacity building within your organization. We will work with you to develop your internal leadership capacity, as well as operational skills such as learning to write and implement policy, organize and facilitate meetings that are results focused, and general support to identify, evaluate and set a path to solve issues.  We work with and beside you to grow and develop your organization.
The workshops in this section are available as standalone workshops or can be combined into an Organizational Development or Leadership Development program.  In addition, most of these workshops can be delivered face to face (with appropriate COVID-19 safety measures) or on-line.  Contact us to discuss how these workshops can be delivered for your organization or team.

I met Patience in 1996. During our time I have watched Patience create many projects, providing healing support in Indigenous communities, During our years together, I have seen Patience successfully consult and liaise with service providers (both governmental and non-governmental), define effective needs assessments, arrange educational curriculum and create program delivery. Patience is a good communicator and masterful educator with an innovative vision for the future.

Indigenous Learning

There are two parts to Indigenous Learning:

1. Learning for Indigenous People – specifically Leadership and Capacity Building

2. Learning for Non-Indigenous People about Indigenous people – specifically history of relationships with settlers and ways to be respectful in developing modern relationships
